Bontado Restaurant Terms

Effective date: 2 October 2026. Initial version; specialist legal review is planned.

1. Provider and scope

The provider is Mustafa Dogan, Niederhöchstädter Str. 1, 61476 Kronberg im Taunus, Germany, trading as Bontado. Contact: info@bontado.de; telephone: +49 162 9095987. These terms govern business use of Bontado by restaurant owners and their authorised staff. Bontado is an independent service.

2. Accounts and authority

You must be authorised to act for the restaurant and provide accurate account and business information. Keep credentials confidential, grant staff only the access they need, and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity you authorise through your account.

3. Restaurant responsibilities

The restaurant is responsible for its products, prices, taxes, opening hours, service areas, availability, allergen and food information, licensing, fulfilment, and customer service. Keep published information current. You must have the rights to content you upload and comply with applicable food, consumer, privacy, and marketing rules.

4. Orders and payments

Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, the restaurant supplies the food and services ordered by customers. Bontado provides software for managing those transactions. Review incoming orders and communicate acceptance, cancellation, delays, and refunds accurately. Payment processing is subject to the applicable payment provider’s terms. These terms do not authorise Bontado to impose a fee that has not been separately disclosed and agreed.

5. Service plans

Pricing, subscription periods, renewal, cancellation, commissions, and any service commitments are governed by the plan or agreement presented when you purchase the relevant service. Creating an account alone does not establish an undisclosed paid subscription. Optional integrations may require separate accounts and agreements.

6. Customer data and communications

Use customer data only for lawful restaurant operations and permitted communications. Do not send unsolicited marketing or reuse customer information for unrelated purposes. Where Bontado processes personal data on the restaurant’s instructions, the parties must have the required data-processing agreement in place before that processing begins. The restaurant privacy notice explains processing relating to owner and staff accounts.

7. Permitted use and content

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, upload unlawful content, or disrupt other users. You retain your rights in uploaded content and permit Bontado to store, process, and display it as needed to provide the services you request.

8. Availability and suspension

Maintenance and technical incidents can interrupt access. Keep an operational fallback for receiving and fulfilling orders. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, a security incident, unlawful activity, or a material breach. Where practicable, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to resolve it.

9. Ending use and responsibility

You may request account closure through the contact above, subject to any separately agreed subscription conditions and completion of outstanding obligations. Each party remains responsible under applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limit mandatory rights.

10. Changes and contact

Material changes will be communicated before they take effect where required by law. Changes will not retroactively alter an existing transaction. Contact the provider above with service questions or complaints.
